Don’t worry! It will come to you..

You carry a lot of worries on your shoulders, don’t you? You might be worried about your job, or perhaps your concerned about taking care of your growing family. Perhaps it’s the medical bills, car problems, or some other problem that nobody knows about but you. You have tons of responsibilities, and the bottom line is, you are worried..

I bring you glad-tiding oh brothers and sisters; I bring you the words of the most beloved person to Allah. Therefore, lend me your righteous hearts while we read the following hadith..

Whoever has the hereafter as his main concern, Allah will fill his heart with a feeling of richness and independence; he will be focused and feel content, and this world will come to him in spite of it. Whoever has this world as his main concern, Allah will cause him to feel constant fear of poverty; he will be distracted and unfocused, and he will have nothing of this world except what was already predestined for him.

[Al-Tirmidhi, and Al-Silsilah Al-Saheeha, 949-950]

Subhanna Allah! The answer for you is in this hadith. If the hereafter is your main goal, the reason for your patience and acceptance, and you truly believe in your cause – in heart and action – then Allah…Yes, Allah..will make you rich and independent! He will! Firmly believe in this! He will bring the world to you..it will come running to you! Allah is the Creator of the Universe, He’s the Creator of the Sun, the Moon, the Skies..Allah is capable of everything, isn’t He? This means He’s capable of giving you satisfaction and peace of heart. He is able to bring the world to your feet and to end your worries all at once.

However, ask yourself…is the reason behind of your worries because you’ve been so indulged in the world that you’ve forgotten the hereafter? Is it because you have relied on people to bring you joy and security rather than Allah? If so, then Allah will in turn make us poor, in heart and wealth. You will end up distracted and no matter how much you run after this world,  you will end up receiving only what He has given you. This means, even if you had the most praise-worthy job, it will not ensure you wealth or happiness…not at all.

If we choose to forget Allah, then in return, He will forget us. That’s a scary thought. This choice will lead to our demise while we’re still living… it is the death of our hearts. On the other hand, if you were to choose Allah, struggle sincerely for His cause, endure the pain for a day or two, a week or two, a year or two, Allah will eventually prevail you. He’ll cure you, give you wealth, ensure your happiness, and give you His ultimate guidance…the ability to live in His blessing while being thankful.

Leave Allah, and you’ll be all alone, leave the world and it will come running after you..
